This is what has always marked my professional and private life. As an electronic engineer I’ve studied STEM subjects in the aeronautic and automotive fields – still considered by many as “male dominated environment”.
Through years of travel for business I led multicultural teams to achieve ambitious goals. Each member had not only a different background, but also a different expertise; sometimes they were not ready to work together. I felt deep enthusiasm for the challenges I was dealing with.
I performed my duties as a manager in different departments, reinforcing strategic thinking and driving operations particularly in: Project Management, Quality Management and Business Agreements IN/OUT.
